1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use any part of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services. You are responsible for any activity conducted under your account or identity.

3. Code of Conduct

You agree to follow all posted rules including:

  • Discord server rules
  • Game-specific and event rules
  • No use of exploits, cheats, harassment, or abuse

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans across all services.
Moderation decisions are final and non-negotiable.

4. Refund & Access Policy

  • We comply with Australian Consumer Law for digital goods.
  • Refunds are only issued for defective or inaccessible services not caused by rule violations.
  • No refunds will be issued for users banned due to misconduct, cheating, or violation of posted rules.
  • Loss of access due to being banned is not grounds for a refund.
  • Change-of-mind purchases are not refundable.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

PUNCHGUTS ENTERTAINMENT is not affiliated with Valve, Tripwire Interactive, Epic Games, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
All third-party game assets remain property of their respective owners.

Custom content, systems, or services provided by PUNCHGUTS (such as bots, leaderboard processing, or events) remain our property unless otherwise stated.

6. Privacy

We collect and store limited data for operational purposes:

  • SteamID, Steam username, and public Steam profile picture
  • Gameplay and leaderboard stats
  • Server logs used for moderation and performance

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, bug-free operation, or compatibility.
We are not liable for:

  • Data loss, stat resets, or missed event rewards
  • Game bugs or technical issues outside our control
  • Third-party platform bans or service interruptions

Use our services at your own risk.
