Refund & Access Policy

This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or access reinstatements are issued for PUNCHGUTS ENTERTAINMENT digital goods and services.


1. Legal Compliance

We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees consumer rights in the case of:

  • Non-functional or defective digital goods
  • Goods not matching their description or purpose

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service did not function as described
  • There was a critical issue not caused by your own system
  • Access was lost due to our error (not a ban or rule violation)
  • The issue was reported within 7 days of the original purchase or access attempt

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Users banned for violating rules (e.g. cheating, abuse, exploit use)
  • Change-of-mind or accidental purchases
  • Loss of access due to rule enforcement or moderation
  • Technical issues related to your own system or internet connection

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
We do not store or handle your credit card or payment information directly.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Include:

  • Your SteamID or transaction reference
  • Description of the issue
  • Reason for requesting refund

6. Ban Enforcement

Permanent or temporary bans for breaking posted rules will result in immediate forfeiture of access with no refund.
This includes:

  • Cheating, exploiting, or automation
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Violation of event or Discord rules

7. Exceptions

Refunds outside of policy may be granted at our discretion in rare or extreme cases.


8. User Acknowledgement

By purchasing or accessing any paid content or digital service through PUNCHGUTS ENTERTAINMENT, you acknowledge that:

  • All purchases are final unless the product is defective or non-functional
  • You forfeit your right to a refund if banned for violating rules
  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the issue arising
  • You are responsible for understanding the rules and refund conditions
  • Stripe handles all payment data and processing independently of us

Use of our services constitutes agreement to this refund policy.
