Mod/Map Downloading.
Saves on redownloading mods/maps.
- Make sure your game is closed.
- Goto your YOURSTEAMLIBARYLOCATION/steamapps/common/KillingFloor/System folder.
- Open up KillingFloor.ini file with notepad.
- Find..
PurgeCacheDays= Under the [IpDrv.TcpNetDriver] section.
- Change to..
PurgeCacheDays=0
- Save and close file.
Direct Connect / Join Issues.
- A heads up for players joining on fresh accounts, you cant join hard or higher servers by default, seems theres a hard coded block on the server browser.
- However you can still direct connect to servers with the ip to bypass this restriction.
- Open console with ~
- Input-
open SERVERIP:SERVERPORT and press enter.
- Server ips can be found under the servers menu dropdown at the top of the page.
